What to bring -
Please bring a towel and a change of clothes. Please arrive ready and changed for the session. Find a space in the carpark, I will meet you at the entrance to the lake.
What do you wear during the course? You can wear a wetsuit if you have one, or shorts, leggings and a t'shirt or light weight top are fine. You need to be comfortable and able to move around easily. It is also important that you are confident in open water and able to swim wearing the clothing that you wear whilst participating in the activity. Please leave all valuables in your car, car keys can go in a secure dry bag on the instructors board. You need to complete a PARQ - and a waiver, I will explain how to do this when you book.
